Childbirth Education
- The most essential component to a peaceful birth, is a well informed mother. It is never too early to begin preparing your mind and body for the experience of giving birth. Whether you've given birth before or this is your first, every birth needs to be prepared for. Whether that is processing previous birth trauma, learning basic childbirth education, or learning new comfort measures for labor. This meeting will be tailored to your specific needs depending on where and how you want to give birth. I will provide you with a birth plan template, printable pages such as comfort measures, breathing technique guide, and birth affirmations. This meeting is designed for you to be able to check some of the important things off your list! Your birth deserves more than 2 hours but you will leave this meeting with information and tools in your belt to help you feel more prepared. This is just the beginning.
